We are a company specialized in fruits, with more than 10 years of experience carefully selecting the best fruits, which have been grown by small families of Colombian farmers, to make them our unique ingredient; with which we develop healthy products that allow you to take care of yourself while consuming more fruits daily.

HOW WE DO OUR FRUIT SNACKS?

We use two different processes to extend the useful life of our fruits, due we extract a large part of their moisture, preventing the proliferation of microorganisms and preserving them for longer: 

Freeze-Dried:

It is a dehydration technique where we extract 97% of the water from fruit throuht freezing and vacuum. With this process we get the water sublimation; that is the transition from ice to steam, without going throught a liquid state. In this way we could preserve all the nutritional properties of fresh fruit, as well as its flavor, color, smell and appearance; but much lighter and with a delicious crunchy texture.

Dried:

It is one of the oldest food preservation methods, where fresh fruit is exposed to high temperatures, so the water content evaporates, going from liquid to gaseous state. Through this process, we get a softer or more flexible fruit texture, intensifying its flavor and sweetness.
